Yep, them is the facts ^ … what a joke.
So much for the “Game Improvement Commission”, eh ? Good job Mr. Smallbone(r). Currently there are on average about 145 or less daily players remaining in the game and that number keeps shrinking. Of those about half are the corrupt core group: the inner circle, the roled players, their friends along with another dozen or more wannabes; and, a handful of happless newbies.
Poor Subbie. He can’t present any evidence to dispute anything I have said so he tries to insult me and bury his head in the muck like almost everyone else who still clings to their delusions about the game. Well, as I said in my previous post and replies to Subwolf:
Blogshares just keeps losing players and that’s a fact. If you ever wonder why that is you might look more deeply at the character of the people in charge. You (Subwolf) and Jay (and even the rest of the whole brown nosed crew) must surely realize by now that any game which constantly loses premium members and active players is a failure and not a success, right ?
The steady and continual shrinkage of the Blogshares customer base is an undeniable fact. By this simple measure Blogshares has become a stunning failure. Lack of customer service skills, abuse of members and corruption will always take such a toll in the end. You were warned. You made bad choices. Now, you all have to live with them.

Blogshares is a corrupt joke
Blogshares is a corrupt stinking and shrinking joke
Now there are only about 145 or less daily players left and the number keeps shrinking. Of those about half are the core group, the inner circle, the roled players and their friends along with another dozen or more wannabes.
Most of the roled players are either cheaters who support the power elite of the game or players who have been rewarded for their cheating because of their loyalty to the power elite. Some have silently accepted their positions because they were bribed to maintain their loyalty. Some are just stupid.
They are mainly power hungry players who either fear IslandDave and “The Architect” or who really do enjoy kissing the asses of superiors in the game. Some just don’t like to ‘rock the boat’. They don’t care if the game is fair. They don’t care about rules or how other players are treated. They are the kind of people that watch in silence when injustices occur. That’s more than messed up. It shows that Blogshares is not a game for the public, it is a mainly a game played among a small group of insiders composed of corrupt directors, administrators, staff, their loyal supporters and wannabes.
“The Architect” (AKA AdamF, AKA Lee Smallbone(r), a Game Administrator boasts in his forums posting signature: ” “The Architect” - A sycophantic liar with the morals of a gangland assassin. Also a BlogShares Administrator.”
Sick but true. Sicker still is that he is supported and enabled to behave that way.
It is no wonder they keep losing players: the same corrupt group of puffed up old timers, insiders, their sycophants and apologists old and new continue to run it into the ground. Down down down it goes. About one hundred players have left the game in the eight months since they unfairly banned me from play. Why ? Simple, because the game is totally corrupt. Rules are selectively applied and enforced based on loyalty to the power elite.
They unfairly banned me without cause and in an unprecedented move stripped me of my legally earned game assets. Not because I cheated (no BSEC case), just because they did not like me (all done privately in back channel chats).
Because I was successful in the game without having to cheat. Because I pointed out the cheats and their inconsistent and corrupt ways of dealing with the cheaters among them. Because I would not support their corrupt administration of the game. I would not accept the way they coddled, rewarded and protected the cheaters among their ranks.
They had evidence and ignored it. They shouted down, insulted and shut out their critics by means of threats, fear, fiat and bans to instill loyalty. Sick. Blogshares is sick. It probably always has been sick.
They reward cheaters and ban honest players. They rewarded Sage Enterprises despite her many cheats. Sage and others among the admin and roled players protected Miss Melville despite her cheats. Now Miss Melville has been rewarded despite her cheats. They covered for Sarabear and others who whined in private about legal game play. The examples of these behaviors could fill a book.
The game Admin are phonier than a Blogshares dollar, phonier than a Blogshares rule. Self serving liars without customer service skills who lack honesty and integrity. They try and are sometimes successful in covering up their own corrupt practices and the corrupt practices of those who support their corruptions.
For a who’s-who of the cheaters just take a look at the whole list of the inner circle/ roled players under Community/People. A few are merely hangers on but the vast majority are simply corrupt. They somehow take pleasure in cheats and cheating as long as it serves their personal goals.
None of them dare have me around (thus my bans from irc and the forums as well as the game) and all of them are afraid to confront or deal with me or the game honestly. Some even try to stalk me but that is another story.
I hear there are the same tired old cheaters and the same tired old whiners and obsequious fools.
There are the back stabbers and phonies who toe the Blogshares ‘party line’ while covering up for the cheaters among them and their friends outside of their corporation.
There are the new sycophants. They help pick up the slack for the old sycophants like AdamF/The Architect (LOL)/Mr. Lee Smallbone(r), a two bit cop without a life who is such an ass that he lost a long time RL friend and has domestic problems at home as well. What a loser. What a phony.
I was a member long before Smallbone(r) joined Blogshares and I watched as he brown nosed his way to power and except when conditions demanded conspiracy and collusion he has almost single handedly dragged the game down from 400+ players when he joined to the 145 or less playing today.
Watch out for Smallboner. This self anointed ‘know-it-all’ who began answering forums questions as if he were admin while he was still only a newbie player cannot ever be trusted to do anything unless it benefits his twisted vision and personal agenda. He has bribed, threatened and cajoled players into loyalty to his vision of the game. He and the extremely rude IslandDave have chased away hunderds of players with their bias and unfairness. This busybody ass kisser manufactured the bans of PnP and me telling srabear in a leaked PM: “AdamF The short of it is I’d sponsor a ban on both IF I thought the community would publicly back me.”
As William S. Burroughs would say if he ever had encountered Smallboner: “Brown nose fink to the bone”.
Yes, Blogshares is a joke. Blogshares is a corrupt joke. Blogshares is a small corrupt fiefdom continuously collapsing under the weight of its many corruptions that are created and sanctioned by the rest of the corrupt admin and inner circle. It is a slow motion disaster. Blogshares is going down down down …
And, the question remains: to sue or not ? I’m too busy now. Time will tell.

One year later
Well, I just paid for another year of B$ … why, one might ask?
Has the past year been worth it? For the game itself, yes, and for the comradeship within our illustrious corp, most definitely. The so-called B$ ‘community’ from which our stalwart UT corp members were apparently excluded despite constituting committed new and not so new game players, and which artificial ‘community’ was apparently empowered by the game administration by ejecting summarily from the game itself without a decent explanation those whom the ‘community’ did not ‘like’ based on hearsay and innuendo, without the customary BSEC cases to which every other player has been entitled, continues to cast wilting nasturtiums, albeit that we have well proved our mettle and put a considerable dent in their shareholdings 
Good work, folks! We have indeed had a year of B$ prosperity with our current corp financial assets in B$ alone worth over 200 trillion. Before the latest game changes, The Untouchables were consistently the number one corp in shareholding value. No wonder many of our opponents have not appreciated the superb way we have played. 
The thrilling share defences involving team play at which The Untouchables excelled and which made the game worthwhile and exciting for many of us have subsided with only a few petty thrusts by the odd opponent - most are busy with cycling, arte hunting and ideas accumulation.
B$ and corp interest have now become relatively easy to obtain,- shares have gained astronomically in value enabling good profits from cycling. Not so many elusive ideas, the collection of which can take months, if not years to complete.
I remain to watch, to learn, to mind some small parts of the index, to read and collect blogs and ideas, to assist other Untouchables and maintain part of the corp shareholdings as my work commitments allow.

AXA Ban Update and Appeal - April, 2008
Some things that make me laugh:
I received these emails recently: “People are searching for you on Spokeo” and “subwolf has invited you to Spokeo”. I replied to Subwolf: “Hope you are doing well. What is this about ?” He didn’t write back. I guess he/they have nothing better to do than stalk me online. LOL.
Another thing that I find laughable is thinking that the Blogshares TOS or any other TOS would trump state or federal laws. The Blogshares TOS says one must file any legal action within one year. State law says one has five years to file suit. Guess which one is correct ?
I have about four and a half years to file suit. I like that. A lot.
That is only one example of many poorly conceived, poorly written and legally indefensible sections of the Blogshares TOS. Much of the TOS will not prevail in court. There are actual laws and precedents that will prevail in actual courts of law.
Certainly laws will prevail over the cut-and-paste Blogshares TOS.
What is even more laughable than all of their posturing ?
Daily Active Players (based on the daily graphs):
Active Players in early 2007 = approximately 360.
Active Players the day I was suspended - November 2, 2007 = approximately 230.
Active Players as of April 5, 2008 = approximately 180.
A measurable loss of approximately 180 players ! A Fifty Percent Loss ! LOL ! Good Job, Admin !
This measurement of player losses provides the PROOF that IslandDave, AdamF, Mr.Pilot and the rest of the inner circle jerks are those who have actually been the most “damaging to the community”, not me or PnP or anyone else (see the absurd Jay quote in the previous post below).
Now I see why Jay supports your incompetence, poor decision making and poor customer service skills: it seems he is trying to destroy the game so he will have an excuse when he decides to shut it down and get rid of all of the lame ass goons. So far so good !
No game deserves that loss more and no game staff is as accomplished at losing active players than the current group of corrupt little goons from IslandDave on down who ‘administer’ the game.
PnP and Swa and many others were right all along: The game is dying a slow death. It is corrupt. It cannot be saved from itself.
Blogshares will eventually reach a point when the only “players” remaining will be the inner circle jerks who have run it/ruined it: IslandDave(WoodenNichols - BOD/Game Director !), AdamF (Mr. Littleboner with the brownest nose - Admin ? !), Mr.Pilot (Admin), and, the coddled lesser inner circle jerks: Most of the rest of the “Team” who fill the lesser roled positions (too many to list, see the current list at Noteworthy People); and, those who want to be in with the inner circle jerks: their sycophants, their toadies, the coddled cheaters, the losers who have no real life and the unfortunate newbies who happen to stumble in now and then.
I feel sorry for the handful of honest players still trying to play.
I’ll check back in here when I have something new to say.

AXA Ban Update and Appeal - February, 2008
Remember all of the reasons given for my ban ? Remember linking me to PnP and his unfair ban ? Remember AdamF saying that a law suit had been threatened for harassment ? Well, none of those things apply or are true in the instance of my unfair ban.
In response to an earlier email (see end of this post) I received this ‘Valentine’ from Jay:

I would love to drop the issue and I will as soon as a fair outcome is obtained. Now or after filing suit ? Your call.
I really don’t want to argue about this or be forced to seek a remedy in court so I am still hoping you will realize I have been wronged/harmed and that you will take the best and fairest actions to resolve this amicably and without any real money costs to you or the game before I file suit.
From what you wrote I see that you are stating that my ban is not for reasons of game play or rules violations but merely because I am disliked by your game administrators. Interesting.
They say I am “damaging to the community”. Well that is truly an unknown - merely a subjective assessment based on their personal prejudices towards me.
Given the facts and the evidence that I can present their subjective assessment of me will be irrelevant to the suit and in any case will not hold water in court.
At the very least your administrators have misinformed you and if you have received any legal advice you have been misinformed in that respect as well.
Your administrators have even lied in the forums about my ban. This is documented. It doesn’t matter because why I was banned

The TOS have been rewritten more than several times during my time in the game as well as after my ban was imposed. The TOS can not be a moving target. At any rate, in this case the TOS does not apply.
The idea that you seem to reiterate i.e., that “Player “assets” are intangible data, with explicitly no real world value nor any real world ownership by the player” is patently untrue. It may sound good but it is absolutely contradicted by the facts and the evidence.
There is a long history of players buying and selling their various form of game “assets” for real world cash through the Blogshares forums and using ebay and paypal to transfer real world cash.
This is well documented in the Trading Floor areas of the Forums and my attorney has a library of screenshots demonstrating this fact.
Not only that, you and by extension Blogshares the game have condoned, benefitted and profited from such real world cash transactions numerous times.
When a player offers 15000 chips for a Premium membership and another player ‘buys’ those chips and pays you/Blogshares real world cash for the Premium membership real world cash money not only changes hands but ends up in the actual cash holdings of Blogshares.
The average cash value for such Premium membership transactions is 1000 chips = $1.00. There is also a library of screenshots with my attorney demonstrating these types of real world cash transactions and cash valuations.
All other players who have wished to do so have been allowed to transfer their game assets for real cash in the past.
I was offered a substantial sum for my game assets by player Onyx. Onyx will testify to that fact in court.
Onyx real world cash assets/bank statement and testimony will prove that she could and would have paid me real world cash of $6000.00 for all of my game assets. I want my game assets and account back so I can effect that transfer if I so desire or I want that cash by means of legal remedy in a court of law.
Add to that the costs I have already incurred for legal counsel, the possible additional costs of filing suit as well as any additional associated court and document costs, and any related travel costs and you will understand why I am not just going to drop this because you ask me to.
One way costs you nothing but the time it takes to reconstitute all my game assets and assets due. The other way quickly becomes costly to you and Blogshares in real world cash money.
Also, I will not bow to any attempts to threaten or intimidate me. That is not a character trait I possess.
Quite simply: I have been denied the ability to effect the transfer of my assets to player Onyx for her real world cash offer.
The ban and the consequent actions have denied me the opportunity to make a ‘cash for assets’ transfer yet other players (excepting me) have been able to do so in the past.
It seems that you fail to understand that by treating me so very differently than every/any other player in regard to my game assets, their real world cash value and my ability to carry out cash transfers of my property (assets earned legally through my time spent in game legal play) you are in an absolutely indefensible legal position.
Your administrators not liking me and the TOS will not be relevant. They will serve no purpose as a defense in a court of law. Unprecedented and unwarranted actions have been taken against me and my game assets. I am seeking a remedy for those unfair actions.
It can be can be clearly demonstrated with actual evidence (screenshots, etc.) that such actual transactions with actual real world cash value for game assets have been made by numerous other players and that you/Blogshares have profited by accepting the real cash traded in such transactions for Premium memberships. It can be shown that you have prevented me from making the same type of cash transaction.
Any judge will clearly understand this. That is why you will definitely lose in court: because exceptional, unprecedented and unwarranted actions have been taken against me and my legally earned property/game assets.
As I said, I don’t want to have to file suit, that is up to you.
Instead, I want you as game owner and game director to do the only right and fair things as stated in my appeal to you. Take charge and override the poorly considered decisions of your administrators before I feel forced to file suit.
I will remain on hold for now to let you think about it and decide if you want to work it out between us before a suit is filed or afterwards at much higher costs in court. The sooner this is resolved the better.
Meanwhile I will be thinking about it, too. I have plenty of time. Under the statute of limitations I could already have filed suit and I can file suit anytime from this instant until about four years and two and a half months from now. We’ll have to see how quickly you act to remedy this or patient I am before filing suit.

The Short Form - An Open Appeal From AXA to to Jay, Rob and Dave:
I believe all of you really want to be fair and with that in mind I am asking you to please consider my appeal to you asking that you lift my ban.
Please lift my ban now and return ALL my assets to my account including ALL my Ideas and compounded interest due.
Your immediate attention is kindly requested. Thank you.
Below you will find a large document detailing some of the the problems, but, first consider these most important points:
I never should never have been removed from the game.
I should never have been linked to any ‘charges’ against PnP or banned along with PnP as if we are one player.
In fairness we are two people and two sets of charges are necessary. I am not PnP.
If my ban is examined and considered separately from PnP’s it should be easy to see that it is only right to lift my ban.
Because, in any case, I am not guilty. I am innocent.
I am not guilty of anything and my transactions records prove my innocence. The time I spent collecting ideas precludes my participation in the activities I am accused of.
Again: I should never have been removed from the game. Many players know this and would speak on my behalf and in my defense but they have been silenced by fiat and intimidation. Some have been silenced by means of being given game staff positions and are now in fear of losing those positions. A very clever yet morally bankrupt ploy which has succeeded in stacking the deck against me. In addition it appears as if AdamF may be telling many of my former game friends and other players lies about me, too.
I am the victim of either a series of errors or intentional lies or some combination of both. The results are a series of injustices which have caused me harm.
I have been falsely and wrongly accused.
I have been ‘tried’ in a ’star chamber’ and ’sentenced’ by an ‘echo chamber’ without any evidence of any guilt on my part or any opportunity to defend myself with the truth.
I wish to remedy this unfair situation and solve these problems amicably and expeditiously by means of the following actions, now:
My Permaban has always been and still is wrong and should be reversed.
My account should be immediately reactivated.
All further actions taken against me and any of my assets after the ban was imposed should immediately be reversed and all assets returned to me. This is especially true in regards to my Ideas Collection.
All of my assets including ALL of my Ideas Collection and all Assets Due* since the wrongful ban went into effect should be returned to my account.
*(Assets Due: .05% compound interest per day from my corporate investments and extension of my Premium account to compensate me for all time missed due to the ban).

Additionally, it will be impossible to ever fully compensate me for lost time in game play.
Since I have been wronged and suffered various harms and damages from the wrongful actions I expect some additional efforts will be made to try to compensate me.
I suggest the additional compensation begins with 10001 ideas of any industry in which any artifact was released during my ban. Compensation should also include the remainder of the ideas I needed to complete the Dr. Seuss artifact. I would have finished building it within days of when the ban was imposed.
Consider these things as some additional compensation for the many hidden damages suffered by me. No matter what was intended the wrongful actions of the ban and the unwarranted and unprecedented sell off of my Ideas have caused me undue stress and harm and additional reparations are due me.
If all of these conditions are not met, then as has been made clear, I will take all necessary legal actions outside of the context of this appeal and the game in order to remedy this unjust ban situation and the harms and damages it has caused me.
Also, game staff has denied player Onyx access to the forums and to #blogshares in irc. That must end as well.

PS: A Note on Blacklists and “The Memory Hole”:
I have always been struck by how much Blogshares presents a fairly accurate microcosm of the totalitarian/authoritarian political landscapes we all inhabit. Parallels abound. Those with the capacity may make note of the parallels and draw their own conclusions.
As many of you know in George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four the ‘Memory Hole’ is an oblong slit in Winston Smith’s office at The Ministry of Truth. That is where Winston Smith dropped bits and pieces of ‘purged’ historical truth and facts which were inconvenient to the ‘Party’, i.e., TPTB. Then these inconvenient truths were vented away to a furnace and burned. For those who don’t know about or understand this I will try to explain using some quotations from the recent book Finding George Orwell in Burma by Emma Larkin:
“The writer told me about one of the most respected and prolific historians living in Burma, who had made some outspoken comments during an international radio interview. ‘We can no longer write his name in magazines or newspapers and he cannot be mentioned anymore,’ the writer said. The historian’s articles have been banned, and his books have been taken out of bookshops.”
“People disappeared like this in Nineteen Eighty-Four: ‘Your name was removed from the registers, every record of everything you had ever done was wiped out, your one-time existence was denied and then forgotten. You were abolished, annihilated: vaporized was the usual word.’ ”
I believe something similar has happened to me when I was wrongly banned from the game and later when all of my Ideas Collection were sold. These brutal actions were intended to strike at the heart and soul of their ‘target’ and intimidate any who might question them. These actions derive from the same cold calculating mindset one always finds when one more closely examines any totalitarian/authoritarian regime.
Is this type of rule really the best behavior that can be expected or requested of TPTB at Blogshares ? I for one certainly hope not.
AXA Ban Update January, 2008
Please Note: This very long post will reprise the salient points of and supercede all previous posts to date. Updates and additional edits may be posted as and if necessary. All previous posts on this topic have been removed while further actions to appeal, address and remedy the unwarranted ‘ban’ are prepared. Interested parties please check back for further updates. This current combined post was updated as of January 8th, 2008. Clarifications and additional commentary on the ban are included. Included below is an current edit of the “Last Post”.
The story is not yet finished, the problem is not yet solved. I am hoping that Jay in his new and additional role as Game Director and Subwolf who has always been fair in the end will work with me to resolve this issue by lifting my ban.
Being innocent of any wrongdoing I believe in the end I will be fully satisfied with the resolution whether resolved within the game or in a setting outside of the game in a manner that will fully compensate me for all harm done to me.
I still prefer the former but if forced will pursue the latter.
For those who want to know something about the origins of my ban:
First: I have not done anything wrong. This Ban is a Travesty. I should never have been banned. I am not guilty. There is no evidence against me. To carry out my ban they had to accuse me of and act as if I was working with PnP (and MNO ? and others ?).
Linking me to PnP: That is the BIG ERROR or the BIG LIE which is the foundation of my ban.
I was not working with PnP nor with MNO nor any others to attack anyone.
It is not right to treat me as if I am PnP and it is not right to ban me. I am not PnP and I am not guilty of anything.
They didn’t have evidence then, they don’t have any now.
If there were even a grain of evidence against me it would have been presented to the BSEC.
Without any evidence to support the ban this issue could not go to the BSEC.
Instead, to be rid of me they had to either act from the perspective of being misinformed or the intentionally had to LIE.
The Ban came without any warning. Without any charges. Without any BSEC involvement. Without any evidence.
I was instantly PERMABANNED and stripped of over two years of work and assets.
I could not and can not access my account and game assets, access any messages which might have been used in my defense, PM any players, join Blogshares irc, or post in the Forums. I was offered no opportunity to defend myself.
I repeat: There was no evidence, no charges, no rules violations, no warnings and no defense was permitted.
Why ? Because they had nothing on me. They had no evidence. There is no evidence that might warrant such a ban and stripping of any player’s assets.
This Ban was and is still Unprecedented, Unwarranted, Unfair.
My ban is unsupportable. It could not have occurred except by misunderstandings, misperceptions and errors or by intentional lies and deception.

In that PM he reveals his deeply rooted misunderstanding when he accuses me falsely. All of his errors in judgment resulted in his uninformed and ill advised drive to manufacture the conditions for and the implementation of the unwarranted ban which has caused me so much harm and suffering.
Without any evidence and after indulging in bizarre paranoid fantasies with her like-minded friends (which included Sage and Matrixz at the very least) Sarabear had a strangely conspiratorial discussion in a chat with AdamF.
After that chat Sarabear sent a PM of part of that exchange to a list of players to garner support for her and Sage’s and Matrixz ’s vigilante agenda. They had incorrectly decided I was somehow involved in attacks against their assets and the assets of others of their corporation mates and friends. Further, Sage seemed to also be under the false and paranoid impression that I was cheating, asserting that I have two accounts. She is absolutely incorrect about this, too. Onyx is a real person with her own account. Onyx can and will answer any questions about this.
Note: I WAS NOT involved in any way with any of these ‘attack’s and: I was not cheating, I have never cheated. There is no evidence to support any charges against me.
More than likely I am perceived as an unlikeable wise ass to some players. OK, but check this out: Being an unlikeable wise ass is not against any rules.
In any case these ‘attacks’ (by PnP or other players) if they occurred may have been obnoxious but they were all legal play under game rules.
Importantly: I was not in any way participating in any of these ‘daily’ ‘attacks’. I was too busy with other aspects of the game:
I spent ALL of my game time collecting Rare ideas, building the best Ideas collection in the history of the game (most industries with the most ideas in each industry) and collecting Artifacts. My transactions history provides absolute proof that this is the absolute truth.
I am not guilty and I should not be banned. I did nothing to deserve my being stripped of all of my ideas, either. That is especially wrong and will be dealt with below.
At the end of the chat PM AdamF, either by means of being misinformed or quite intentionally, created a false impression of my guilt with this erroneous and actionable misstatement or intentional heinous lie about my involvement when he said:
“It’s time people stopped feeling sorry for themselves, stopped fearing the reprisals in the short-term, and say what they feel and how 2 minority players are affecting the enjoyment for however many people they shit on daily.”
This is where the problem began. AdamF is WRONG. He is either very misinformed or intentionally lying. In any case AdamF is ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. I was not guilty of his charge. There is no evidence to support AdamF’s characterization of me as one of these “2″ players.
Neither he nor anyone else can back up this claim with any evidence. Don’t take my word for it, ask for the evidence. There is no evidence that I was ’shit’ing on anyone every day or ever.
For those interested in the truth, my ideas transactions records prove AdamF is wrong and there are plenty of players familiar with the focus and style of my game play who know that AdamF is wrong. Most of them are too afraid to speak up in my defense.

So: Why was I removed from the game ?
And: Why were ALL my ideas sold off ?
There is no valid reason for my ban or the unprecedented sell off of ALL my ideas.
There is no reason whatsoever.
Don’t take my word for it, demand the evidence. They will not provide any evidence. They can’t.
You will not see any evidence because there is no evidence against me at all.
These are the things which demand explanation and demand remedy.
Will these things be remedied in the game or in a court of law ?

Edit/Update: CENSORED: The Last Post by AXA Re the Game Ban
TPTB at Blogshares do not want anyone to see this post. An earlier version was removed from the forums at Blogshares.
This is typical of their patterns of abuse of power and mistreatment of selected players. It is another tool they used to cut off discussion and to intimidate players.
They want you compliant. They want you scared. They do not want you to question their actions or speak in my defense.
Here is some proof which I received this after asking a player to see if they could make a ‘last post’ for me:
“I talked to Adam at length about your goodbye post. He said he had removed one earlier that shadow had put up on your behalf. He also said that there cannot be one and that he is sorry. I don’t know what else to do. They will remove whatever I post or whoever posts on your behalf. It’s a sucky way for all of this to end.”
Yes, it certainly is and here is what I would post if I could:
It seems, so far, that a few of you have finally managed to see your wet dreams come true. You may not like me and that’s OK. I don’t like everyone here either. But, being unlikeable is not a violation of any rules.
I can still say: I have never cheated. I have never lied.
I have seen many who have cheated and lied, and, many including Game staff who have covered up and made excuses for the cheaters. This is especially true if the cheaters are among game staff and their circle of friends.
Many of them are still playing and/or running the game. Some are now “Elite” and others have recently been rewarded with staff positions for their compliance and ‘loyalty’ to the ‘Party Line’.
Watch out for them. They can not be trusted. Their innate fairness is compromised by their staff positions and/or relative to their proximity to Power within the game. They have too much to lose and so they are easy to intimidate.
IMPORTANT: For similar reasons of intimidation and because they have a lot to lose, many players who support my position are too intimidated to speak out in my defense. That is not healthy or fair.
I am banned without charges, without a BSEC hearing, without evidence and without opportunity to defend myself.
Yet this is what another player has to say about the newest Elite player, former Game Administrator and pivotal Game Staff member and co-conspirator in my ban Sage (SageEnterprises):
Former player, Rantz writes on his blog to/about Sage: “notice SageEnterprises - I still remember the day you asked BB (note: BB = Berlin Bear, another former player) and I to share passwords so we could use each other’s logins when our own artefacts were spent. Do you?”

If this is true and even if it were the only example of possible cheating and/or unethical, dubious and questionable behavior by Sage it alone is a good reason why she should not have been given Elite status.
There are many more examples of Sage’s questionable actions which can be cited in great detail if and when necessary.
For example, Sage covered up the incredible ongoing abuse of Rare Place votes based on simple claims of Place in Profiles on dozens of fake and/or very dubious blogs. Then, recently and publicly in the forums Sage made a point of congratulating the player who was ‘finding’, adding, voting, opening and benefiting the most in these Rare Place industries. This despite the fact that Sage (and in fact all BSEC members and Admin) had been fully informed about these abuses. Some had the information for months yet did nothing to address or solve the problem. The problem has not been fully solved yet.
I will not recount in full detail the very dubious chips transactions Sage made once early in 2007 and again in May of 2007. I will point out that Sage used her position and power to ‘manage’ “Official” Game Corporations* which she controlled to her advantage as a player.
*(NOTE: Players, Caveat Emptor: It turns out that these “Official” corporations were not “Official” at all according to the Admin replies in the forums threads about this problem.)
Sage ‘bought’ nearly a half million chips at a price she set which was below the average market value and in much higher quantities than what was or ever has been available in the market. She then moved these chips to her personal ‘Player’ account. She personally benefited as a ‘player’ by using her ‘insider’ powers. No other player had her ’special’ advantage.
I do want to mention that I was encouraged by a number of players to bring these questionable chip transactions to light. I did, in the Forums, as suggested. At first many of them supported the questions and expressed their points of view that something dubious had occurred. Then, the usual suspects (AdamF, uninformed newer players who tend to try ingratiating themselves with TPTB) began their usual defenses of powerful inner circle Admin/game staff. Finally IslandDave showed up to shut down all discussion by ‘royal’ decree, shout everyone down and scare most everyone back into compliance with the ‘Party’ line. He also insulted and ran off a couple of long time players that day.
Sage not only did these questionable transactions, she was protected by IslandDave, AdamF, MrPilot and, Sage is rewarded with “Elite” status.
On the other hand I have never had special powers or insider support.
I have not cheated or suggested that anyone else cheat.
I raised these two issues (among on occasion raising other issues concerning fair play) in the forums when it became obvious that private discussions were not going result in any action.
Yet, Sage is Elite and I am banned from the game. Very Interesting.
Anyone who actually looks can clearly see that no evidence to support the ban against me has ever been provided.
There is no evidence. Ask for evidence, ask for proof. You will not receive any. All you will get is “we can’t tell you, but trust us, we have it” …
Why ? Because they do not have any proof. They do not have any evidence to support banning me.
I had nothing to do with whatever they claim to have on PnP (or MNO or other players). I doubt they have anything more than a record of legal play however aggressive it may be.
That said, I am not PnP. I am not guilty. My ban should be removed. Period.
In their action to ban us they lumped us and our alleged ’sins’ together with one set of fudged or faked numbers in a back room insider deal and dumped us both at once without warning or recourse for the benefit of a handful of insiders.
They cannot bring charges against me individually and apart from PnP because they cannot produce any evidence to show that I am at all guilty of any violations. Yet I am banned ?
Witch Hunt ? Lynch Mob ?
Yes.
AdamF claimed that there were threats of legal action for “harassment”. That is an excuse, not evidence. And: AdamF is incorrect: There were and still are no legal grounds for any type of harassment complaint.
I have played for 2 years and three months. All I have earned I earned legally and fairly and it has been wrongly taken away from me.
Is that a fair punishment ? For what ‘crime’ is it fair ?
This is what a few players have done. Their motives are to remove some they see or imagine as their major competition. They got enough support from among staff ‘volunteers’ and a few other players with personal agendas who threatened to quit.
This is all it took to force the issue and effect the bans. No evidence was required or produced because no evidence exists.
Sage, Sara, Honey, Matrixz and their ‘friends’ apparently have so little conscience that it pleases them take away EVERYTHING I gained in fair play and without cheating. They took it all from me by whining and complaining and obtaining a ban by fiat from the BOD/Admin.
They could not take it away legally and fairly in game play.
I was consistently staying ahead in Rares, in total Industries, in the amounts of Ideas I held, in Artifacts … and they could not abide my successes.
Sage and Sarabear are now effectively running the game and have ‘won’ it since their unethical forms of play are tolerated and rewarded by TPTB.
They forced the removal of 2 of 3 players they sought to remove by means of their false claims or lies and deceptions.
Some questions arising from this current situation are:
Were any rules broken ? Were warnings given ? Were charges brought ? Were opportunities for defense given ?
Additionally: Who benefitted ? Who would be so low as to feel good about stripping any other player(s) of legally and fairly earned assets requiring lots of time, hard work and effort ? Who could feel good about kicking them out of the game ? What types of people are they ?
I have worked hard for over 2 years to get what I earned FAIRLY in game play. Now, it is ALL GONE.
This means that ANYONE of the rest of you players can find themselves in this same situation if this group of players gets together and says they don’t like you - that they feel harassed, etc. There is great DANGER in that.
In the forums I have questioned many things, mainly things addressing inequities in game play. I have also offered suggestions for improving the game. That has always been a major goal. I have only always wanted a truly fair game for all players with a level playing field.
I may spout off in the forums but is that against the rules ? Is that a good reason to take away EVERYTHING I earned through fair play ? Since when ?

I say that is not true, Dave is mistaken. I DID NOTHING IN THE GAME to make it “unfun” and they will not be able to produce evidence otherwise.

I could have been banned in the forums but broke no rules. So, no forums ban occurred until the wrongful permaban was imposed.
I could have been brought before the BSEC if they had any evidence to bring any charges. They do not have any evidence to bring to the BSEC.
I did nothing to be banned from the game. They made up excuses and used errors or lies, not facts, and had to link me to PnP to make this ban seem legitimate.
My ban is not legitimate at all. It is not fair at all.
They will not let me post. I assume it may be because they do not want to have to defend the indefensible decisions they have made.
I want to thank SubWolf for his support through our disagreements and wish him the best and a speedy recovery.
As I have always said: There is way too much behind the scenes crap going on in this game among a fairly small clique of game insiders. That is a sad fact and it is not good for the game or any of the players outside of that inner circle.
I want to thank those of you with a conscience for your support. There are many and you and I know who you are. I want you to know I fully understand your inability to speak up because you fear TPTB.
I know the game has so many problems that remain unsolved. It has a small core group of players who have conspired to strip away all my work and assets. Some have pressed to have me removed without any warning or evidence to support the ban. Then there are those who are compliant or intimidated.
These things are simply not fair.
I want to return to the game and I am still working towards that goal.
If I do not succeed in that then I will seek other remedies for the wrong I have suffered. You can count on that.

This was NOT a BOD decision.
Jay (BOD) (and to my knowledge, Subwolf - BOD) did not know the ideas had been sold.
Jay said so in a private chat with me. Jay was going to let me pass all my assets to player Onyx or Subwolf. Then he (Jay) learned that the ideas were already gone. I have the chat logs to prove it and here is a very relevant excerpt from 11.26.2007:

So, it appears this sell off was done by others. The ‘others’ may include IslandDave who is but one of four members of the BOD (the otherBOD are/were C, Jay and Subwolf). The ‘others’ likely include AdamF and MrPilot, neither of whom is BOD, and both of whom worked with others in the conspiracy to permaban me without cause or evidence.
To my knowledge C, Jay and Subwolf were not privy to this decision or subsequent actions resulting in the sell off of all of my ideas.
Prior to my leaving for Thanksgiving and the sell off of all of my ideas the night I returned (Sunday, November 25th, 2007) Jay, Subwolf and I were involved in various discussions regarding the possible disposition of all of my assets.
Since Jay, Subwolf and I were discussing my assets before I left town and since he knew I was out of town for the holiday it would surprise me if Subwolf had any prior knowledge or role in the selling off all of my ideas before my return.
From the ongoing discussions I was under the impression that additional discussions and decisions regarding the disposition of my assets would continue after I returned from Thanksgiving. I still believe Subwolf is fair minded and would not have done that to me.
I may be wrong. The only indication I may be wrong is that he ‘banned’ me from an irc channel where I had never before been banned just as Jay and I were discussing the sell off the morning of Monday, November 26th, 2007.
Returning to posts related to the sell off in the forums:

He has either been consistently mistaken or consistently intentionally lying since this whole mess unfolded. He can not open his mouth without being either consistently mistaken or consistently intentionally lying. He was probably consistently mistaken or consistently intentionally lying while still in diapers, as soon as he could speak. A lifetime of incompetence or lies ! Yet, he is Admin and I am banned. I think I see a pattern.
By the way: later, after the sell off, Jay and I chatted. Jay offered to recreate/reconstitute all of my ideas holdings and pass them to Subwolf, an easy thing to do by means of a simple code/command. So when AdamF says “They’re gone” he is actually either mistaken or intentionally lying about that, too.
I turned that offer down as too little too late. I probably would have accepted it and let it all go if ALL of my ideas had not been sold off before discussions were completed, agreements reached and proper arrangements made.
After the sell off I wanted them passed to player Onyx instead.
Now I want ALL of them back in my own account and my ban removed so I can return to collecting more. .
And let’s not overlook these ‘gems’ from AdamF (who is trying out his version of IslandDave’s ‘Final Word’ tactic:

These statements, too, are even more mistakes or more intentional lies.
There has been no debate about the unprecedented and unwarranted sell off of all of my Ideas.

Returning to the IDEAS SELL OFF:
ALL of my ideas were sold off.
They claimed they just ran the regular ‘dead player sell script”. That is a mistake or a lie.
That script is supposed to run *after six months have passed* and that script only sells down to 10001 leaving 10001 and less ideas intact in the inactive account.
So, where are my ideas ? I earned them ALL legally and fairly in 2+ years of game play and I want them ALL restored to my account. I know it can be done, Jay said it could when he offered to reconstitute them all and pass them all to Subwolf.
This was posted in the forums about the sell off:

I wonder if I had followed this advice: “It’s usually a good idea for new players [noobs] to ingratiate themselves with the Index Managers and members of the BSEC” I would have been rewarded like so many others have ?
They had and still have no evidence to remove me. None. I am innocent.
They have no charges, just a simple brutal dislike of someone who played fair and beat them legally in fair play (on a dialup connection).
Now they have ‘erased’ all traces of my successes in the game.
I would have zero respect for anyone who does not question this punitive “sell off” except I know many of you are afraid to confront them.

My ‘crimes’ ? I collected ideas. I was very successful. I spoke up against cheaters and injustices and I would not be intimidated.
I did not have anything to do with the creation of SWAT nor with any aggressive (but legal) play engaged in by SWAT.
Anyone who believed this paranoid rant or the other deceptions and lies are wrong.
Anyone who stands by under the guise of neutrality and lets this injustice stand are just as wrong.
I have no respect for those few whose perverse envy fueled this witch hunt, lynching and obliteration.
It makes it look as if the game truly is a collection of liars, cheaters, sycophants, sore losers, whiners, phonies, the uninformed, the weak, the intimidated and the compliant. Maybe it is.
Errors, mistakes, maybe lies, apathy and weakness enabled this abomination.
All of this because I was winning the game in several categories, because you could not intimidate me or beat me in legal game play or demonstrate any way in which I had cheated and because many of you are just compliant and/or intimidated.
They had to make a lot of mistakes and/or tell a lot of lies to get rid of me. I guess it was their only recourse.
Sad. For me, so far, and for all of you, too. These are the typical actions of the misinformed or of bullies and their followers.

Part One - Hypothetical Lawsuits:
I cannot discuss any legal rationales, arguments, strategies or plans but I can say some things about certain actions which will result should it ever become necessary to file a lawsuit to remedy my ban:
Player Onyx will provide a sworn affidavit as well as appear as a witness in court. She will describe her relationship to me as well as the origin of her player account. She will also describe her direct knowledge of my game play and her reaction to the ban including her offer to pay me for all of my assets if I had been permitted to transfer them to her.
As part of the process of discovery a flurry of subpoenas will be issued to a substantial group of players who were or still are directly or indirectly involved in manufacturing the ban or helping support or sustain the ban in any manner after it was imposed.
Certain other subpoenas will be issued to a wide range of companies, businesses, organizations, ISPs and individual player’s real life employers in order to obtain records relevant to their involvement with the ban.
Part Two - Fake Blogs and other questionable game play:
This will be a major post which will detail nearly thirty of the dubious blogs I tracked over the course of a couple of months.
I provided this information privately to all pertinent game staff including all Game Admin and all members of the BSEC as well as some IMs.
No action was taken by anyone to remedy the problem privately. Because of the lack of any corrective action as well as ongoing abuse of this loophole in the voting rules some of this information eventually made its way into the forums. The problem has still not been properly solved as of the date of this current post, January, 10, 2008.

Fake Blogs and Rare Place Industries
As promised here are some materials related to the use of potentially ‘FAKE’ blogs to open rare Places industries:

How sweet.
SageEnterprises (Elite ! ? ! ), who is herself guilty of various dubious forms of play and who has apparently suggested that others cheat (see Note *1 below) compliments Miss Melville.
I am not implying that Miss Melville cheated.
I am saying Miss Melville found, added, voted and collected unopened rare Place Ideas from all of the blogs listed below.
The list shows the original names of the industries before Sage “morphed” them.
This compliment is interesting because Sage clearly knew that Miss Melville was responsible for adding great number of potentially fake blogs to the game, voting on them and using them to open rare Place industries based only on a claim of (rare) Place in the blogger’s profiles.
Not only did Sage know about the problem with rare “Place” industries and voting, for almost two months prior to her so did almost every member of the BSEC (JimWright, Midoribe, Nexy,) as well as AdamF, MrPilot and IslandDave. In addition, other Game Staff and many players (some of whom have been made Game Staff since my ban) also knew. Not only that, but in related forums threads Sage said she had been aware of the problems for at least the previous nine months, dating back to at least December, 2006.
Yet no action was taken to solve the problem. Instead every effort was made to deny, coverup and erase the facts.
After it became clear that nothing would be done to solve this problem the problem was taken to the Forums.
Sage requested my list and this is a slightly edited version of what I sent her:

Here is most of what I have found over the past 2 months. I think I may have missed some that didn’t get pasted into this file and will try to find them.
FYI, AdamF received most of these in early September as did most all BSEC members. No one took any action or communicated further about this matter. .
These all represent possible creations, additions of and votes on possibly false/fake ‘blogs’ with rare ‘location’/'Place’ demographic votes based only on the authority of the rare ‘location’ as stated in the profiles and designed to open and drop Rare or unopened Rare Place votes.
I started to notice this about August 9th or 10th, 2007 as I began looking at a series of new rares that had suddenly been opened. My searches were turning up nothing but new Rares opened within minutes or hours and I got suspicious.
I may be wrong but overall it is my belief that something is fishy here. After my first mentions of these to several game staff some of the ‘fakes’ got a little more flashy or involved and then more like http://mazale-mazale.blogspot.com/ were added after things cooled off a bit. All of these on my list have distinct qualities that call their validity in question.
Also please note: #17 below seems to demonstrate clear fakery in the user join date at blogger vs. the dates of the posts (they predate the user join dates at blogger = impossible):

NOTE: this one ^^^^^^ seems to have had a lot of extra work put in to make it look more authentic than all of the 1 post blogs I found previously. This was after my first roound of queries to Staff and players.

The PROBLEM with it/the ‘blogs’ : Join date to blogger = August 2007 (see profile http://www.blogger.com/profile/01626648130069734209 ) but there are many posts predating August 2007 at both blogs (something that apparently can be done in editing - dates- at blogger/blogspot ).

As I mentioned - I am missing a few that are lost in other text files. If / when I find them I can send them on, too. I am pretty thorough and pretty organized and this is the best I can offer at this time. I hope you find it helpful.
I hope I am wrong but I am pretty well convinced this is a pattern of gaming the system used in these instances by one particular player to drop unopened and newer raresr: http://blogshares.com/user.php?id=46440 . This player added, voted, opened, dropped and caught all of these.
I am not in favor of seeing them or anyone else punished. I am in favor of stopping this practice ASAP and making the search for Rares Places “Fair” to all who work so hard to do it in an ethical way.
As I am sure you know by now, I also think that the rules regarding Place votes on new and unopened industries may need to be made more strict through an amendment which would not permit them to be opened by a simple claim of “location”.
Anyway, I don’t cheat and I don’t like thinking some ‘cheating’/dubious play has been occurring unchecked.
If this player and/or other players have been using this technique to open unopened industries and new rares then it is likely they have also resorted to the same thing in the past and in other non- or low production industries and IMO, it needs to be stopped.

PS: As I mentioned, it may be too difficult or impossible to prove who created the ‘fakes’ by means of any real linkage to anyone except by circumstantial evidence but it should be obvious by now that the rule permitting a Place vote on 1 post blogs in New, Unopened and Rare Places may need to be changed. It seems too easy to game the system using this technique and in most cases that may not matter but when dealing with unopened rares I think it does matter. Some of these are really suspect - Ferrari (http://mazale-mazale.blogspot.com/) being one - some less so - but I also looked at user join dates etc. Most all of these seem fishy to me - especially since I know I am looking/searching for the remaining Rares Places every day (and so are other players).
***(1.***) Note: Often when I found and added a blog with content for an unopened Place and had opened it soon thereafter I would see another ‘blog’ added and voted. Sometimes it was in the same industry I just opened or sometimes a different industry. The main point is, these would almost invariably be likely *fake* ‘blogs’ of the questionable kind with only ‘claims’ of ‘location’ in their Profiles. It also was quite odd since those blogs did not have the ‘location’ info until soon before they were used because they had not shown up in my searches until after they were used and ideas dropped.
***(2.***) Note: I have found some by looking for blogs created with certain time frames. The 4 I watched, added and voted (that made honey4evr so angry) were found this way instead of in a player’s Sigma transactions. As soon as I saw the rare location info added to the profiles I was able to vote and drop. That apparently made someone mad enough to delete the four blogs in question before they could drop a second time.”
I am getting close to finding out who may be responsible for actually making the ‘Fakes’.

Oddly enough, Sage did not really fully address or solve the problem. She did “morph” certain of these industries to other new industries. This only had the effect of covering up some of the evidence I had discovered.
In fact, I was still working on this and related issues and getting close to proving who may have made some of the fake blogs when I was banned. That put an end to my investigations. That, too, is interesting.
Meanwhile, after my ban was imposed some of these ‘morphed’ industries came to light when it became apparent that the voting was now incorrect for the new industries. Blogs (’Fakes”) were revoted and ‘purged’, further destroying more evidence of any wrongdoing and making it even more difficult for anyone else to continue any investigation.

It may also be interesting to see who benefitted most from the mass and illegal sell off of ALL my Ideas assets. Certainly Miss Melville got her share of my work.
I want ALL my Ideas assets returned to my account. I will do whatever I need to do in order to make that happen or to be compensated in a manner that will remedy the harm done to me by means of the ban and the mass sell off of my assets by those who had no right to touch my assets.
Something very fishy was going on. Definitely. When I wasn’t legally opening new rares or collecting ideas I was looking into the rare “Place” / Fake Blogs problem.
I was not involved in any attacks on other players. I was too busy with this stuff and most players can tell you that I stayed out of aggressive play on other players.
I think that in part I may have been banned because I was getting too close to the truth about these Fakes. In part because it angered some close to the truth and in part because some players find me unlikeable. NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE AGAINST THE RULES.
I did not cheat, I did not break rules. There is no evidence against me.
I am innocent and want my ban lifted and ALL my assets returned. Immediately.

If this is true and even if it were the only example of possible cheating and/or unethical, dubious and questionable behavior by Sage it alone is a good reason why she should not have been given Elite status.

Untouchables on top again!
For the second time this week, our Untouchables team has surpassed all other corps in shareholdings. Team work and lots of chuckles have paid off, folks as we sit today at #1 spot with a massive B$121,328,058,946.04 worth of shareholdings, with Bears in second place with B$83,416,947,218.14
Although we may not sustain permanent ascendancy, we are at the top right now and can feel justly proud of our team.

From Strength to Strength
Congratulations to all Untouchables - for the second time recently, today our corporation is Number One, #1, numero uno of all Blogshares Corporations with total shareholdings of B$110,822,374,784.03 !!
Although share holdings fluctuate constantly with ongoing spars and tourneys, all in all, we are doing very very well.

Sign the AXA PnP Blogshares Ban Petition
At the bottom of the Blogshares game page there is a statement: Remember: “What happens in BlogShares, stays in BlogShares.” but since the game BOD/Admin decided to ban PnP and AXA, we decided to go public. AXA has made a couple of posts now on The Untouchables blog because he was banned from even posting on the game forum.
Recently there was a poll posted on the forum posing the question, “Do you support the Blogshares ban?” which is of course again within the game.
You now have a chance to view and sign our online petition to Remove Blog$hares ban on AXA and PnP. Blogshares players are encouraged to sign the petition to show the Blogshares admin that they have made the wrong decision.
